AI for working moms who don't have hours to figure it out
Getting the prompt was never the hard part. The hard part is figuring out what to do with it, how it fits into your actual work, and whether it's even worth your time.
Inside the AI Learning Lounge, you get to see what other working women are actually doing with AI — how they set it up, what worked, what didn't, and how you can adapt it to your own job.
Fully async. No live calls. Use whatever AI tools you already have.
I get it.
You don't have three hours tonight to watch tutorials. You don't have a free Saturday to compare five AI tools. And you definitely don't need another course sitting in your inbox making you feel guilty because you haven't finished Module 2.
But AI is quickly becoming part of how work gets done. So ignoring it until work calms down probably isn't the answer either.
What you need is a shorter path.
Instead of sitting down with a blank chat and trying to figure out what AI might be able to do for you, come see what another working woman has already figured out.
And then someone else sees what you built and makes it even better.
You don't need to invent every AI use case yourself.
Someone in finance figures out a faster way to clean up a spreadsheet. Someone in product finds a better way to prep for an executive meeting. Someone in marketing builds a system that eliminates an hour of repetitive work. Someone figures out how to get useful results from Copilot even though that's the only tool her company will let her use.
You see the idea and think: Wait. I could use that for ________.
That's the magic. Not collecting another prompt. Seeing something useful enough that you actually try it.
See real examples of working women using AI in actual jobs and actual lives — not polished demos built for social media.
Get the prompt, process, setup, or thinking behind it so you're not trying to reverse-engineer the result yourself.
Adapt it to your role, your company, your tools, and the problem sitting on your desk right now.
You still learn AI. You just learn it by doing something useful instead of studying it in theory.
This isn't just "help me write an email." Women inside the Lounge are using AI to:
The point isn't that you need to do all of these. The point is that when you repeatedly see how other people are using AI, you get much better at spotting where it could help you. You stop staring at an empty chat box wondering what to ask.
The wins inside the Lounge aren't theoretical. They're things like turning a task that normally requires spreadsheet gymnastics into an upload-ready file, creating a useful tool without knowing how to code it first, or taking an idea another member shared and using it to solve your own problem.
Today instead of my usual Excel gymnastics to create some templates to upload into NetSuite, I used Claude Cowork to manipulate the data files. Super impressed with the results — had an upload-ready file after 30 seconds of prompt typing, and it imported correctly on the first try!
It saved me hours of work!
Claude in Excel has genuinely changed how I work. It built me a full marketing budget tracker, formulas included, that I actually use. Not a generic template, but something functional and tailored to how I think about my projects.
I did something similar and it's been a game changer! Instead of dropping it into every new chat, I created a Project and uploaded the context document there. Now I start all my chats in that Project and it automatically has access to my context document.
I went from only using AI as a search engine and coach to actually automating workflows, building reusable skills, and being able to advise my team on using AI effectively. I've learned so much just by keeping AI top of mind and interacting with others in similar situations.
Fully async. No live calls. Cancel anytime.
Good. This shouldn't become another thing.
The whole reason the Lounge exists is because most working moms don't have the time to go figure all of this out on their own.
When work is quiet, you might have an hour to experiment with AI.
When work is nuts? That's when you need someone to say: "I already figured this out. Here's what I did." You get to start there.
The goal isn't to spend more time learning AI. The goal is to spend less time figuring everything out the old way.
You don't need to become an AI expert. You don't need to know every new tool the week it launches. And you definitely don't need to turn into the person posting "10 insane AI hacks" on LinkedIn.
But knowing how to use AI well is increasingly becoming part of being good at modern knowledge work.
That's the skill we're building. Not AI expertise for the sake of AI.
AI fluency that makes you better at the job you already have — and more prepared for the job you want next.
Maybe you have Copilot. Maybe your company uses Gemini. Maybe you've got ChatGPT or Claude personally but can't use them for certain work. Maybe IT changes the rules every six months.
Welcome to corporate life.
The Lounge isn't built around one "right" AI tool. The useful part is learning the pattern behind what someone did. Then you adapt it to whatever you're actually allowed to use.
One useful idea pulled from something I'm actually doing or seeing work — plus enough of the setup that you can go try your own version.
No giant newsletter roundup. No 27 links you feel guilty for not clicking. Something worth trying.
A community of working moms sharing what they're actually doing with AI. Bring in the problem eating your Tuesday. Search to see whether someone has already solved something similar.
Borrow an idea. Share your version. Watch what other women are figuring out across industries and roles.
A complete series where I build my own AI-powered second brain on screen and show you the prompts and processes behind it.
Meetings. Follow-ups. Drafted emails. Inbox triage. The things that quietly eat your week.
Watch mine. Take the recipe. Build yours.
All included for $29/month.
There will be seasons when you want to build everything. There will be weeks when you have one very specific problem and want to search the Lounge for an answer. And there will be weeks when all you have bandwidth for is seeing the one useful idea that lands in your inbox.
That's normal. You don't need to use the Lounge the same way every month for it to keep doing its job.
The constant is simple: stay close enough to the ideas that you're not trying to figure out the entire world of AI by yourself.
Most AI content shows you the shiny result. Real work isn't that clean.
That's part of learning to use it well. Inside the Lounge, we don't just share "Look what AI made!" We talk about what worked, what didn't, what needed correcting, and what we'd do differently next time.
Knowing when not to trust the output is part of becoming good at this too.
I'm Jennifer Biggs. I'm a VP of Product, a mom of four, and the person behind the AI Learning Lounge.
I didn't leave my corporate job to become an AI guru. I'm using this technology in the same kind of life you are — between meetings, deadlines, school logistics, family schedules, and the approximately 4,000 things somebody needs from me before bedtime.
That's a big reason the Lounge looks the way it does. No live calls you're supposed to attend. No giant curriculum you're supposed to finish. No expectation that you're going to spend your Saturday becoming an AI expert.
I want to know: what actually makes this easier? And when I find something — or another woman in the Lounge finds something — we share it.
The Lounge gives you examples, starting points, ideas, and people figuring this out alongside you. You still have to try things.
That's exactly why the Lounge exists.
You could spend hours researching tools, watching tutorials, experimenting with prompts, and figuring out what is worth using. Or you can start by seeing something another working woman already has running and adapting it to your situation.
The goal isn't to add hours of AI learning to your week. It's to shorten the amount of time it takes you to find and implement something useful.
No. There's nothing to "keep up" with.
Use the Lounge as a resource. See the weekly idea. Search when you have a problem. Look at what women in similar roles are doing. Go deeper when you have the bandwidth.
The goal isn't maximum participation. The goal is that what you see helps you do something differently.
You're welcome here. You do need to want to use AI, but you don't need to arrive knowing how.
In fact, seeing how other women are using it can make starting much easier, because you're not inventing your first use case from scratch.
You'll fit too. Members range from women just getting started to women creating repeatable workflows, custom systems, and more advanced builds.
The value isn't following a beginner curriculum. It's continually seeing what other smart women are trying and deciding what you want to borrow for yourself.
Whatever you've got. Members use Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, and other tools.
Many members work in corporate environments where they can't choose their company's AI stack. That's normal here. We focus on approaches you can adapt rather than insisting everyone use the same tool.
No. There's no curriculum you have to complete and no live-call schedule to keep up with.
It's an async membership built around real examples, practical implementation, and learning from other working women. Second Brain Summer is available if you want a deeper guided series, but you don't have to complete it to participate.
Yes. You can cancel anytime and future billing will stop.
Your $29/month membership price is locked for as long as you remain continuously subscribed. If you cancel and return later, you'll join at the price available at that time.
See what's working. Start from something that's already been tried. Adapt it to your work. Get better every time you use it.
Come see what other working women are already figuring out.
